I got incoming calls working properly. But most of the outgoing calls doesnt hear anything, no even the ring. Today i realize when I reload with "sip reload" command, outgoing calls start to ring and sound normally just for a few, then It back to the problem. From extension to extension theres sounds most of the time. The big problem is from extension to external number.

Im not using nat on Elastix Server, i got an ip address, and i connect devices from local and from outside to elastix via public ip address. Some from personal are outside working from home, and they are affecting more. What could it be.
